Randy Jordan, our CEO and President, founded DeepTech Solutions LLC October of 2018. The Company specializes in Floating Production Unit Integrity Management focusing on the detailed assessment of Mooring Systems, Hull Systems, Riser Systems and Topside Systems for Continued Service Assessment (CSA).
Mr. Jordan is responsible for the day to day operations and management of the company as well as establishing the overall business strategy. He has served the past 36 years in the Oil and Gas Industry managing multiple major EPCI Projects related to deep water subsea completions, Tension Leg Platforms, Semi-Submersible Production Units and Deep Water Mobile Offshore Drilling Units.
In addition, Mr. Jordan has served in a Project Director & Sr. Project Management capacity for major deep-water projects overseeing their engineering, procurement, construction and installation. This included concurrent construction of three DP-CLII Deep Water Semi-Submersible Mobile Offshore Drilling Units, TLP Tendon Systems, Dry-Tree Top Tensioned Production & Drilling Riser Systems for TLPs.
Mr. Jordan has led multiple detailed deep-water facility decommissioning feasibility assessments and studies as well as managed deep-water decommissioning and salvage related projects.

Kent Davies, Sr. Technical Authority, is a specialist in offshore dynamic analysis and FPU concept design. He is an originator of the SeaStarTM mini-TLP Concept and the DeepDraft SemiTM Production FPU. Dr. Davies has 49+yrs total experience including 39+ years in the offshore industry.
His expansive areas of expertise include TLP Tendon Design and Analysis, Coupled Global-Performance Analysis of Floating Platforms, Top-tensioned Riser Design Analysis, model testing and data analysis for Design and Integrity Management, as well as Fracture Mechanics.
More recently, Dr. Davies has focused on life-extension studies of aging Gulf of Mexico platforms and has carried out three major studies in the last several years.
